Before and After
Sometimes, the best ideas begin with a squiggle.
I created the Squiggle Art worksheet as a playful, low-pressure way to get your creativity flowing. You don’t need any fancy materials or drawing skills. Just grab the worksheet, look at each squiggle, and turn it into something. Anything! Whatever your imagination sees. I love this drawing prompt because it’s all about seeing the potential of something.
This kind of activity is one of my favorite ways to loosen up before I start drawing. It helps me stop overthinking, get silly, and remember that creativity doesn’t always start with a perfect plan. Sometimes it starts with a wobble, a loop, or a squiggly line that turns into something totally unexpected.
Print it out, doodle away, and let the lines lead the way.

Happy squiggling,
